Which orders qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $50 that are shipped within the contiguous US qualify for free shipping.
Shipping charges apply to all other orders.

When are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping costs and international delivery fees are calculated during checkout after you enter the shipping address. 

Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout to any qualifying order.

How long does it take LiBa™ to process an order? 

Orders to be shipped within the contiguous US are typically processed within one business day. 

Orders to be shipped outside the contiguous US require an additional two to three business days for processing. 

When will I receive my order?

After leaving LiBa™ orders being delivered within the contiguous US can take between four to ten business days. So, you can expect to receive your shipment within five to eleven days of placing an order.

Orders being shipped outside the contiguous US can require an additional one to two business days to be delivered.

This additional time applies to any order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, or other international destinations.

These timeframes do not allow for shipments to pass and clear local customs.  So, you may need to add time to allow for your shipment to pass through those processes.

Do you ship to addresses outside the contiguous United States?

Yes. We can ship orders nearly anywhere in the world.

Please allow additional time for orders that are shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and other international destinations.

Also, please allow for international shipping fees and additional terms and conditions that apply to orders sent outside the contiguous US. 

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to both PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
Please allow for additional time and costs for orders that are shipped to these locations.

Orders could be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control:

Orders that contain a billing address that is different than a shipping address may require additional time to allow for confirmation and to resolve discrepancies.

Orders that may require additional verification can be delayed.

Orders could be delayed due to events outside of our control such as an issue related to a shipping carrier, a weather-related stoppage, a power outage, or an extreme event that interferes with daily operations.

What are my shipping options?

Domestic shipments: For standard delivery within the contiguous US, you can select ground service, 2-day air, or overnight delivery.

Orders shipped within Illinois are subject to the applicable state and local sales taxes. 

Overnight delivery isn’t available in all locations, such as remote areas in Hawaii and Alaska.

Express orders: If you need your order sooner than the standard options, click Live Chat (TK: tell them where it is – not on web site yet) to contact us. 

International shipments:  We do our best to keep the cost of international shipments to a minimum.

Weekday delivery: LiBa™ products are not delivered on weekends or major holidays.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order?

If you entered an incorrect address when you placed an order, you will be charged an administrative fee to cover the expense of the shipping carrier to locate the correct address (e.g. FedEx currently charges $11). 

If your order was successfully shipped to the incorrect address that you entered during checkout, you are responsible for the full price of that order. 

If you’d like to place an additional order to the correct address, the order can be placed at our current full prices.  LiBa™ does not grant refunds or merchandise credits for these types of errors that are out of our control.

We review delivery addresses before shipping orders.  When a questionable address is identified, we attempt to contact the customer to confirm the delivery address. 

What if my order is returned as “undeliverable” or was refused upon delivery?

When orders are returned as “undeliverable” you are charged an additional fee to cover the expense of the multiple delivery attempts as well as the return shipment.  For example, FedEx currently charges between $5 and $15 for “undeliverable” shipments. 

You are assessed a similar fee if your order was successfully delivered but refused.

Both of the above situations are treated as Product Returns.  You will be refunded the amount you paid for the order, minus all shipping charges (both outgoing shipment and the returned delivery) and other processing fees charged by the carrier.  

There are two steps you can take to avoid these fees:

1. Confirm that you’ve entered the correct shipping address before placing an order

2. Review the tracking information that you receive via email when your order leaves our warehouse

International shipments

Your order may involve additional import duties, taxes, or other charges.  These fees are not included in the price of your order.  Nor are they included in the shipping costs charged during checkout.

Buyers are solely responsible for these additional charges. LiBa™ does not collect duties, taxes, or other fees.  Nor is LiBa™ responsible for these costs. 

If you’re sending an order outside the US, we recommend contacting the appropriate customs office to confirm the applicable duties, taxes, and other fees that will be due when you receive your order.

If you refuse the delivery as a result of these duties, taxes, or other additional fees, your order will be treated as a Product Return.  You will be refunded the amount you paid for the order, minus all shipping charges (both for the outgoing shipment and the returned delivery) and any other charges incurred.
